I was feeling bold and determined to paint a little out of my norm the day I created this beauty.

The studio I was visiting and painting with that day is landscaped with gorgeous blooming flowers and her home is decorated with such rich authentic pieces and style – from her bold b/w wallpaper to the creative pottery she designs and paints, it inspired me to take a risk and create with something worthy in her style.

This mixed medium – acrylic – resined – 18X18 canvas is a delight to see. Its high gloss resin makes the incredible bright colors of the flower pop of the canvas. And with the bold statement of the tablecloth and sweet little birdies visiting, it’s worthy of adorning the walls of a bistro in Paris to a quaint nook of any art collectors home or office.
